As kids, friends are everywhere. As adults, it becomes harder to find meaningful moments to share — and that’s okay. Adulthood brings less time, but more clarity about the kind of connections we want.

We’re no longer looking to be with everyone, but with those who add value, who inspire us, and who are truly there. Adult friendship is built on mutual respect, real support, and shared joy — even if we don’t see each other often.

It’s okay to let go of friendships that no longer resonate. And it’s also okay to seek new ones. The key is to prioritize what feels good: less drama, more connection.
