Chilled Yogurt & Seasonal Fruit Dessert

Ingredients:

  • 2 plain or Greek yogurts (unsweetened)
  • 1 tbsp honey or syrup
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries
  • 1 peach, cubed
  • A handful of granola or chopped nuts
  • Lemon zest (optional)

Instructions:

  • In clear cups or glasses, create layers: first yogurt mixed with honey, then fruit, then granola or nuts on top. 
  • Repeat once more. Finish with a sprinkle of lemon zest for a citrusy touch. 
  • Chill for 10–15 minutes before serving. 

It’s light, fresh, and oven-free — the perfect summer treat.
