Ingredients:
500 grams of flour
20 grams of salt
600 cm³ of water
20 grams of fresh yeast
50 grams of margarine

Preparation:
In a bowl, mix the flour and salt.
Gradually add the water while mixing with a spoon.
Incorporate the crumbled fresh yeast and melted, cooled margarine.
Knead with your hands until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous dough. If the dough is too sticky, add a little more flour.
Divide the dough into 4 equal parts and shape into balls.
Place the balls on a greased baking sheet and let them rest for 1 hour, covered with a damp cloth.
Moisten the top surface of each bun with water and coat with sesame seeds.
Preheat the oven to 160°C.
Bake the buns for 25 minutes until golden brown.
Allow to cool on a wire rack before serving.

Tips:
You can use different types of seeds to decorate the buns, such as flaxseeds, chia seeds, or poppy seeds.
If you want sweeter buns, you can add a tablespoon of sugar to the dough.
For a more wholemeal bun, you can use wholemeal flour instead of white flour.
You can freeze the buns once cooled. To thaw them, leave them at room temperature for a few hours before consuming.
